Guest House Éxito En Madrid exceeded all my expectations. the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from Gran Vía and the bustling Gran Vía Metro Station. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to find out that they offer free coffee and chocolate 24 hours a day, perfect for late-night cravings or early morning pick-me-ups. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable - just what we needed for our romantic getaway. the 24-hour front desk and concierge service made our stay feel seamless and convenient. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, taking in the city views. Every detail was well thought out, from the air conditioning to the private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. the balcony in our room was a lovely touch, offering a charming spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. the housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring we always returned to a tidy and welcoming space.
